All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia via AusPost.

Once commission orders are finished, they will be packed and shipped within 5 business days.

AusPost advises estimated delivery timeframes are 3-6 days but we can't guarantee that. We can organise express shipping for an extra cost.

We hand pack our hand embroidered caps securely and safely. We also try to reuse packaging where possible to avoid waste.

If you received something damaged, please take a picture as soon as received and we'll see what we can do.

Due to the personalised nature of our commissions, refunds are not available once work has commenced. However we will do our best to deliver something you are satisfied with and can make reasonable adjustments.

I have to manage how many commissions I take because I also work full-time. Taking payment in advance helps to guarantee your spot and that I can complete your order in time. It also helps protect me from scams or change of minds especially before I start any work.
